Financial Assistance Programs

Background

Congregation Beth Israel of Malden has done its best to create a series of financial assistance programs to assist its members across various aspects of day to day living. The synagogue has created special funds to disburse these subsidies to qualifying members.

Participants are expected to participate as much as possible in weekday and Shabbat services and synagogue activities. The purpose of this program is to rebuild the neighborhood’s Jewish community, and that will require everyone’s active involvement. The synagogue reserves the right to evaluate the terms of each loan on an annual basis.
